We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur which may impact on your ability to attend a course you have registered for. However, given the intensive nature of the training, our tutors have to complete a considerable amount of work prior to the course to provide you with the best learning experience. In addition, training places cannot be filled at short notice due to the time commitments required from trainees to complete both the mandatory pre-course training and the two full days of practical training. In the event of a cancellation by the trainee, our policy states that course fees are non-refundable: -If a trainee cancels their attendance twelve (12) weeks or more prior to the course start date, they will be transferred to the next available course at no charge. -If a trainee cancels less than twelve (12) weeks but more than eight (8) weeks prior to the course start date, they will be transferred to the next available course, but a $200 rescheduling fee will apply. -Regrettably, no refunds or transfers to alternative course dates can be made for cancellations less than eight (8) weeks prior to the course. However, the trainee may substitute another attendee to attend the event in their place by written notice*. - In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to tutor illness or unexpected unavailability, the course rescheduled at a later, mutually agreed on, date. *Wellbeing in Mind reserves the right to refuse entry to any substitute delegate for whom Wellbeing in Mind was not provided written notice, or where relevant eligibility criteria are not satisfied.
