Stephanie Hill is a Provisional Psychologist completing a Master of Clinical Psychology. She previously completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Psychology Honours, and a Master of Professional Psychology.
Steph takes a warm, collaborative approach and is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical skills to improve their wellbeing.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Steph supports clients in building emotional regulation skills, improving distress tolerance, and working towards meaningful goals.
Steph values neuro-affirming practice and has experience with cognitive, learning, and neurodevelopmental assessments. She views assessment as an opportunity to better understand an individual's strengths, challenges, and support needs, helping to guide meaningful recommendations and supports.
