Kimberley is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who is passionate about creating safe, trauma-informed and affirming spaces where people feel understood and supported. She takes a collaborative, client-centred approach, and prioritises compassion, collaboration, and respect for identity and lived experience.

She is passionate about neuro-affirming practice and supporting individuals to better understand and embrace their neurodiversity. She works collaboratively with neurodivergent clients and their families to recognise and build on individual strengths, while fostering environments and approaches that support their unique needs. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals whose experiences may have gone unrecognised, been invalidated, or shaped by ongoing efforts to mask their differences, difficult life experiences, or broader social and environmental challenges.

Her approach is strengths-based and collaborative, helping clients develop practical strategies, build self-understanding, and navigate life’s challenges in ways that are meaningful and authentic to them.

Kimberley works with individuals and families, and is a certified emotionally-focussed couple’s therapist. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and systemic and feminist perspectives, Kimberley tailors interventions to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and context. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal challenges, and difficulty transitioning through life changes.

Kimberley has experience in affirming ADHD, Autism, FASD, learning and cognitive assessments in adults and children, providing insights that support understanding, planning, and targeted interventions. Her experience in education informs her understanding of developmental and environmental factors, allowing her to integrate practical insights with psychological approaches in a strengths-based, inclusive framework.
