Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons)

Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays (Kenmore)

Kimberley is a provisional psychologist who is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where people feel understood and supported. She takes a collaborative, client-centred approach, working alongside individuals to draw on their strengths, develop strategies, and navigate life’s challenges in ways that are meaningful to them.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and systemic perspectives, Kimberley tailors her interventions to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and context. She has experience in affirming ADHD, Autism and cognitive assessments in adults and children, providing insights that support understanding, planning, and targeted interventions. Her experience in education informs her understanding of developmental and environmental factors, allowing her to integrate practical insights with psychological approaches in a strengths-based, inclusive framework.

Kimberley supports clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, interpersonal conflict, grief, and school or work-related concerns. She is particularly passionate about neuro-affirming practices that help individuals understand and embrace their neurodiversity, supporting neurodivergent clients and their families to recognise and build on their inherent strengths, and creating practices and environments that support their needs.
