Katie is a provisional psychologist passionate about building genuine connections and creating a safe, welcoming space for clients to share their stories and experiences. Taking a person centred therapeutic approach, she works alongside clients to build self awareness, nurture resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Â
Katie blends compassion with evidence based practices, drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other tailored interventions to suit each person’s goals and needs. She believes therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, where clients feel heard, and supported in their healing journey.
Â
With experience in trauma informed care, Katie has supported children and adolescents from a variety of backgrounds, including those experiencing behavioural challenges or feeling disconnected from school or community. She brings patience, understanding, and encouragement, helping individuals explore vulnerability, embrace self expression, and experience growth and self discovery.
