Reports
Psychological assessments are costly and time consuming. To make our services as accessible as possible, we offer two report options.
-
Short reports/feedback letters - Are approximately 2 pages in length (excluding data tables from psychometric tests, which will be provided as an appendix). These reports are generally suitable if you are primarily seeking clarification about whether you or your child have a diagnosis. It includes a brief summary of the assessment, diagnostic conclusions and brief recommendations. In most cases, this is sufficient for sharing assessment outcomes with other professionals and across settings, such as schools, universities or workplaces to support applications for appropriate accommodations
-
Detailed reports - provide a comprehensive overview of the assessment findings, including a thorough description of the client’s presentation and performance across the various tests and measures completed. It also outlines strengths, areas of difficulty, and provide more detailed, individualised recommendations. These types of reports are recommended if your primary goal is to apply for the NDIS or DSP funding, or are undergoing an NDIS plan review.
Written feedback on your assessment will be provided to you 4 - 8 weeks after the feedback session. If you need the report earlier, please discuss this with your clinician as soon as possible during the assessment process.
